  • Do not use this company!!! Just don't!! We rented our house through them and got it back destroyed. They NEVER called about maintaining it, they lied to our renters, and they probably never inspected it. We have to redo our floors, our pool equipment doesn't work, the landscaping in our backyard needs to be completely replaced, they painted our house the WRONG colors for our CC&R's after saying they would take care of it (and never had it corrected so we have to pay again), and we never got calls back. We basically had to chase them down. They just take your money and let renters destroy your house.
