  • Place sucks...called to get some replacement axles...told me to bring the wheels in...brought the wheels in and after about 25 mins the guy finally "ordered the axles" after I paid in full.... He would call me in about 3 days when they came in....so...I stop by 2 weeks later wondering where my axles are because I still hadnt heard anything....after the dope behind the counter takes 10 mins staring at the computer he says that they were never ordered, no apology or anything....he couldn't care less....I say okay, I'll cancel..he then just says ok and stares at me....I then say...ooookkkkkkk....can I have my money back..after another 15 mins of him staring at the computer he says that he can't find the order and pulls out $38 in cash from the register and says this should be the amount...I walk out confused....I check my AMEX statement on my phone in the car and realize I paid $41 and change for the axles...I walk back in and tell the guy he shorted me...he was visibly annoyed by me...no apology or anything just gives me another 3 bucks........what a complete waste of time...I wasted 2 weeks waiting for the axles then about an hour total in the shop and I'm no closer to getting my bike up and running....never go hear again.
