  • I still go here for dog food from time to time, and I also am taking my new puppy for training. Grooming is out of the question, for now. I went in to take my two older dogs for grooming about a month ago. The groomer could not get them into the system, so she called a new manager. First, the manager told me that my female could not be groomed there because they recommend that a veterinarian groom her. She said since she has never been there, that would be their recommendation. I told her that they had just groomed her a month ago, and no one told me that then. Also, if she had never been there, how would they know that she only had to be groomed by a vet? She blushed, and then turned away. Next, she told me that they COULD groom my male, but that they could not groom my female because she was over 10 years old. Well, she is 9, and my male was almost 13 at the time. I told her that, and she again turned away. Next, she told me that my female could not get groomed because I request a groomer, not a washer, and since there weren't any groomers available for her wash, she could not be washed. Guess what? They didn't get two clients that day, and I have since found another groomer.
