  • This location has slowly been going downhill since I moved here in March 2015. While most of the staff members themselves are nice and helpful, the management seems very quick to dismiss your concerns or requests. They're no longer 24 hrs...they now close between 1 AM and 6 AM. You'd think that they'd use this time to restock the shelves, but no...they mostly still restock during the day and leave stacks of boxes in the middle of the aisles. Their natural/organic section is pitiful compared to other Smiths' locations (and considering this store is in Southern Highlands); it's slowly been transitioning for the worse as whoever orders for this section apparently loves energy bars and cold-brewed coffee so much that they've stopped carrying other more essential (and actual) foods. The bulk section now consists primarily of junk foods. Most employees seem rather unhappy working there, which is unfortunate for them and bad for customers. On a more positive note, the produce is excellent and fresh, and the produce staff is very helpful.
