  • Excellent experience here. Went in there looking for a new TV and was helped by a man named Alex. Seriously, guys, if you are ever in the market for a new TV then you would be doing your self a favor by going to this Best Buy and speaking with Alex. He is a very knowledgeable sales associate that does not try to push products on you or upsell you. Overall the associates at the store are friendly and helpful. The environment was friendly clean and I will be returning for future purchases. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because of the lack of product availability in store. I had to drive to Streetsboro to collect my product.
