| - Why oh why did you not put in recliners?! I know why; because you can fit more seats in 1 theatre the with the seats that you chose.
1 star for location: 2.5 miles from my house!
1 star for food/beverage: love the beer selection, truffle popcorn, and buffalo cauliflower I had! Noms!
1 star for service: ordering was easy, staff was friendly and helpful, and the food came out timely despite it being staff training days
-1 star for uncomfortable seats . Plus they don't recline, and seem to rock, but then you hit the railing behind the seat, so you can't even lean back at all. To top it off, the table is at an awkward height and far away from the seat, and is stationary. I had to nearly get up and lean out of my seat to eat my food without dropping it all over my lap. And, if you sat next to a stranger you would have to share the table with that stranger!
-1 star for ticket prices: You're making money off my food and drink order, why is it so expensive to sit in awful seats? makes no sense to me...
My favorite theatre is still Cinemark in Mesa, yes I drive 12 miles away from house at least once a week because they have the most comfortable recliners of any theatre in the valley offering recliner seats, and their ticket prices are soooo reasonable especially with their movie club and discount Tuesdays.
Maybe I'll stop in Alamo for a snack and drink here and there, but I probably will not see anymore movies there. I just can't sit sooo uncomfortable for 2 hours straight, and pay a ton of money to do so. So sad, I was so excited for this place watching it go up for months too.
