  • THE FOOD IS WONDERFUL AND IS AN AMAZING BUFFET. I gave it a 3 star for the service. Our server was very rude and only gave amazing service to foreigners. I decided to tip in cash but after I asked for water he said is on the table. Then some Australians sat in the table next to us and he served them water from the table and explained each station to them. I had also asked for an alcohol menu and he was very prompt to say is EXTRA like I didn't have a clue about that. I'm in Vegas, everything is EXTRA. As an invited guest who booked 3 rooms at the Cosmopolitan I was given 5 star treatment everywhere else. I think he needs customer service classes or a new job not everybody is going to go have breakfast in a business suit. Foreigners are not used to tipping, is an American thing. I've traveled all over the world and really expected more from this buffet given is part of the Cosmopolitan.
