  • Hi everyone This place is a complete rip off! My son and I applied to one of the 2 bedroom house located in suncity.We were told to file for 45.00 each background check, and application process? 4 days later after numerous calls I was told by this very unprofessional young guy that oops I didn't read your age on the application sorry no refunds! He said it was my fault everyone knows you have to be 55 yrs old to live there!! So I'm not getting my 80.00 back.im 54 to start n waited 4 days later to find his error so called realestate professional rude and nasty and attutide well tuff luck.this is supposed to be a big company and there desperate for 80.00? Wow what a bussiness practice.sorry one star for finally getting touch with this guy. Debra vm
