  • I really would not recommend this place, no matter what the groupon deal is. Kim goes through LOTS of employees because she doesn't seem to know that her employees are her best asset and can really be a positive influence for her business. I have had Kim do my treatment once, Tara once and Laine four times. Tara and Laine are just lovely, and the only reason I keep having my treatments. As soon as my Groupon is done, I never will walk in this place again. Kim's demeanor on the phone is really "off-putting". She seems cold and unwelcoming - everything you shouldn't be in the business of personal services. I don't know how she thinks she can make it with the way she behaves. I get the impression that the employees are very intimidated by Kim because she seems to be such a bitchy sort of woman. She has ridiculous expectations for her employees in terms of "upselling" the clients and wanting them to push Vitamin B12 shots, vibration machines, vitamins, etc. It's stunning how obvious this all was to me so early on . . . in fact with my second session and those following.
