  • I had the need to tow my car recently and my road assistance provider sent this company. The driver was very kind and made it easy for me. I had made a mistake when I indicated the shop I would take the car to, he did not complained about my mistake, he just told me exactly how to tell my road assistance to change the arrangement. I had to pay an extra fee since my destination I was over the limit of miles allowed. No big deal they did it easy of me. Of course I paid. Later on when I called for the invoice the person that answered the phone sent me the invoice immediately by email. It just seems that they know how to make things easy for you. Nobody complains, everybody knows their jobs. I am very satisfied with this company. The worse to me is when you hire a company, go to a place and people give you attitude or get upset for nothing or constantly complain. This company made easy for me.
