  • I arrived for a pre-op blood draw without an appointment. I figured it would take a long time and I was not looking forward to the "cranky" One everyone else has complained about. I saw and even had a pleasant passing conversation with the guy and I don't see why anyone would complain. He seemed like one who appears to be one way but is really very kind. Minutes after turning in my papers I was brought back. The woman that drew my blood was AWESOME! Usually people say my veins roll and that I am a tough stick but she got me with one poke and no fishing around. Total time from parking my car to being back in it and driving away was no more than 15 minutes and it included a UA and blood draw.
