  • This specific driver (white car, license plate BNTL 843, driver A 33) harassed my mother and I on our way from my office downtown to St. Lawrence market because we apparently "took too long" (30 seconds) to pay. The reason we took "so long" was because we were looking for an extra bill to give him as tips. I have never experienced such bad service in my whole life. This makes it very clear why people prefer uber instead of taxis
