  • Sublime would fall short of how I felt in this unbelievable atmosphere. Looking from side to side, all I felt in the deepest corner of my soul was pure love and joy from the "Family" at EVO. They made the experience the best I have had in my life, possibly ruining other restaurants altogether. From City Hall to Taco Bell, I have found home in the cozy, dark, candle lit realm that overlooks Camelback mountain. I came in on a Sunday night, where the champagne and wine flowed like rivers due to the half priced bottles. My two bartenders, Jake and Dom, may have been riding steeds, I couldn't tell the difference with how smooth they operated. I ordered the braised beef pasta and the egg yolk drizzled from the cracked head across my dish with vibrance and purpose. While I nestled little bites, I found my own spirit animals, in the form of people all while remixed disco filled the air. The staff danced, sang and were so very interactive. I laughed, I cried, I lived. Thank you to Dom and Jake, and the rest of the EVO crew for changing the way i view Restaurants forever!
