  • This is my regular gym since September 2012. A friend convinced me to sign up before they opened so I got an amazing deal on the membership price, technically I can just go once a week and it'll pay off, but since I'm trying hard to fight side effects of yelping you can meet me there almost every morning. Imho, it's a great, clean, super thought thru gym, everything from changing rooms to the pool is executed with much thought, which I can't help but enjoy. The staff here is amazingly friendly and management really listens to member's suggestions. I will not be parting with my membership even if I were to move to Ottawa, seriously!
