  • I can't believe Susanne got a good review. I went in with photos of past cuts on me and others. I rehearsed my description so as not to confuse her. She gave me a 1980's cut all old women get. She just hacked at it loosing all the shape I was going for. She cut it straight from the top of my cheek to the top of my ear! that's a man's cut! She didn't listen or ask about anything about what I had said. She just gave me the only short hair cut she obviously knows or maybe she just decided to sabotage my previous cut. She may as well have put a bowl on my head and just cut around it. I look ridiculous and had to pay someone else to fix it. I'm eating biotin as fast as I can to get it to grow. I looked like I have a mushroom on top of my head. I needed a hat. Geez, I really can not believe this happened. her asst. gets the one star for her great sales job on talking me into having it cut with Susanne.
