| - This place is great! I Kept hearing about cafe crema from different people, and well,it was time to come and check it out! It's a rather unique coffee shop. It has a homey feel yet it is classy and modern, it just has a real warmth to it. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my visit very much.
The coffee? Exellent ! I got a latte, which I feel is always a good test of the quality of coffee at any coffee shop. It was really good, perhaps a little bit more subtle than some of my other favorite coffee joints but those were quality beans squeezed and decorated by an experienced skilled hand just one of many reasons to come back here! Right now they are also featuring valentines day drinks with names like "hot lips" and "Marry Me" lattes. I tried a sip of the hot lips and it was great to, spicy!!!!
Why 5 stars? Because it delivered on all fronts, and the staff here were particularly pleasant! Way nicer than average and they really seemed genuine, great to talk to, thats what pushed it up to 5 for me!
Another cool feature of this place has toys for children play with, which is unheard in most coffee shops, very courteous and thougtfull idea for coffee loving parents who can chill while their kids sit and play with a tonka truck! Also they have a seperate "study" room which seems to be where all the book worms and computer wielding students go for a little less noisy environment.
One other VERY cool feature, live music on Friday nights( once a month I think? ) I cant remember exactly what the sign said?.... My pal Dan D suggested I come and play an acoustic set here, perhaps I will have to pull out my old tunes and sign up!.. Or just come and watch someone else who is better hahaha.
So come and check this place out, it's a little off the beaten path but that's part of what makes it so cool, I am definitely coming back here!
