  • I've gotten my nails done here twice . The first time, my nails were great and I loved the person who did them . I wish I would've gotten her name . She was middle-aged with long hair . The second time, a different lady was rude to myself and my little sister. Whoever she is, she is a bit older with short hair . When I walked in, I made it clear that my little sister was supposed to get gel polish on her natural nails then I went to get mine done . When I checked on my little sister, she had long acrylic nails on her fingers and the lady just kept telling me it's too late and she couldn't take it off . My nails were supposed to be coffin shaped and they turned out to be some other shape that I never seen before and she painted them carelessly after trying to persuade me into getting gel polish and I declined . She then asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done and I declined that as well . When I told her I wanted certain nails a different color, she messed up and painted pink on the nail that was supposed to be clear and had to remove it . She never removed it completely so it looked tacky. My little sister told her she wanted certain nails a different color and she kept asking her which ones for which color because I guess she kept forgetting (just like she did with mine) and told my little sister "don't change your mind anymore". I may go back and if I do, I'll ask the woman's name and she will never be touching mine or my sister's nails again .
