  • I see why their ratings are so low...Kelly at Hertz at CLE provided horrible service...made us wait for a car to be "cleaned" for 20 minutes and no offer of any available upgrade. We will not use Hertz again. Poor service and attitude Kelly...very poor. We will share our experience.....
