I come here pretty regularly because it's across from the Forum, great for a bite before or after a comedy show or movie, and because all the other SacWich locations near me have unfortunately closed down :(
The staff are polite and friendly but not overly so - I usually get very good service but am able to read a book or carry on a conversation without being interrupted. The sandwiches are really good - infinitely better than any chain sandwich shop and most coffee shops I've tried. They don't skimp on meat and they never add so many other fillings that everything falls out of your sandwich. And they use REAL bread. And they offer a choice of sides, and an alcohol license (for wine, at least.) Great place for a warm, quick, casual meal.
Despite being a pretty small location, the Rockaberry side of the restaurant has a really good selection of pies. You can take your pick of classic apple, fruit, or decadent cheesecake-type pies. Lots of coffee and tea choices as well. Good place to linger over a slice of pie or a cup of tea.
