  • I have never written a review online in my life but I want to take a second to encourage you to visit Suzanne's. First off, I have to thank my consultant, Lindsay Simmons. She was so incredibly sweet and listened to my every thought. She never showed me a dress over my budget and helped make a shopping trip with my future mother in law really special. It was like she had every dress in the shop memorized and could pick out exactly what I liked within 10 minutes of meeting me. I visited the shop 4 times and never once did she try to push me to make a sale. When I came for visit #3, Lindsay showed me a dress that she thought had all the elements I was looking for and she was RIGHT! I fell in love with it right away. However, I have dress commitment phobia and didn't buy it that day. She helped me take tons of pictures and gave me plenty of time to mull it over. She even called me at home to see how I was feeling about it. When I came back for visit #4, I was still hesitant. But I put on the dress and knew it was right. Lindsay was awesome at helping me accessorize it and trying different looks. I did buy the dress on that trip and I spent the rest of the day on Cloud 9. Lindsay is even going to help me have the dress shipped to my new address since I will be moving to CA before the dress comes in. I did not interact much with any of the other ladies at the shop but I saw them with other customers and they were nothing but patient and kind. The shop is deceptively large and they were great about keeping me posted on the inventory I had my eye on. The bridal gowns were very reasonably priced and they gave me an estimate on alterations. They also had a sizable selections of bridesmaid dresses, accessories and menswear. Don't let the plain store front fool you; these ladies are the best and they truly care about their customers. I visited about 5 other shops in the Valley and none of them were as warm and welcoming as Suzanne's. I'd recommend starting here, you will be blown away! Thank you, ladies!
