  • They sent me offers to open accounts and then failed to give me the money promised. I requested that the manager call me to discuss this, and when he hadn't after more than a week, I called back. The receptionist was "surprised" because "he always calls people back", so I reiterated my request. No call, again, no customer now. Who's robbing who at this bank?
