  • I ordered pizza di Roma an hour and 10 minutes before closing and never received my food. I waited and waited and called into the restaurant and never received my food. I was assured it was on the way and had been picked up, but nevertheless it did not ever get delivered. My family went hungry as pizza di Roma was the only place open. This is the worst example of customer service. The guy on the phone did not care and I never received my food. My family went hungry. Don't ever order Pizza di Roma. They will not deliver your food. Up yours
