  • While waiting for the guy at the reception desk to finish texting, 2 other employees totally ignored me. I signed in with request that I was looking for parents' grave sites. No one approached me even though I was at reception desk 2X They gave me some idiot reason why they didn't assist, "Um, thought you were here for funeral". Really? Then why wasn't I at the funeral that was being conducted? I clearly stated on the sign-in sheet I needed help with directions. Well, I can't exhume my parents, but look somewhere else to lay to rest your loved ones. They're too busy texting and ignoring you to be of any help.
