rev:text	My service advisor, Jacob, always goes above and beyond. I had a terrible day at work and was not in the best of moods, but as soon as I got there Jacob was so nice and gracious and immediately my mood improved. The service to my vehicle is always spot on. Jacob takes care of all of my cars needs. When and if I have an issue I know I can call him and he will resolve it. Thank you Jacob and Chapman BMW. P.s the loaner car was spectacular!!
