  • I am very pleased with the skills of my injector but you loose 2 stars because of the snooty reception. Is it so hard to be personable and smile? I mean surely this "snooty front desk girl act" is cliche and overplayed. They left me with the very distinct feeling I would be gossiped about when I left. NOT who you want as the initial face of your clinic. Thanks to my wonderful injector who was very personable gentle and thorough, I'll be back! Note to Reception... SMILE, make CONVERSATION. If you can't do those things find a new job.
