  • So, I don't really know what to write about this place. I rented a car from here two separate times for a week each time. It was during spring break, so I would assume that is why it was so expensive. It was well over $1000 for the two weeks combined. Yikes. Anyway, the first time I rented a car with them, the wait was kind of ridiculous. There was a line, and there were, like, two people helping out on the really long counter. When I finally was next, it felt like the lady was taking her time... (Have you seen the sloths in the movie, Zootopia?) It took probably about fifteen minutes for me to check-in and get my paperwork to go to my car. Do you want to get an idea of my luck? I got her again the next week I checked in to get my rental car. Yeah. She was nice, but she just didn't seem to know how to move things along quickly. When people rent a car after being on an airplane, they don't really want to waste time at the counter to rent a car. Anyway, the two separate cars I rented were fine, and I appreciate that returning the car is easy and fast. I guess that's where I'm giving it three stars - one for each car and one for the return service; minus two for the price and the check-in service.
