  • We had filled in our sunken living room and had intended to use the carpet that was down before we raised the floor. When the carpet stretchers came to put the carpet back down, they found the carpet was 3 inches short all the way around. This was three days before I was having a Holiday Party at my home. I was put in touch with Mitch Taylor at Bram Flooring, he saved the day. His crew was out the next day. I bought this carpet sight unseen. Mitch was able to match my decor with a the questions he asked over the phone. I also referred Mitch Taylor and Bram Flooring out to my friend, she and her husband are thrilled with their tile.
