  • Had 2 previous cars (benz & rover) done here about 6 mths ago. Called to get another new car done. Called on 4-1-2017 saturday. Asked sales person to see what film i placed on my other cars and how much it would be for my new car? Rep said computers occupied so he cannot give me info. "But you know us, so come on over and we will take care." Told the guy that i live 45mins away and just cant "come on over" to find out what film and price. Asked that he calls me when he is not busy. He would not. He continued to argue that "come over, we will take care of you." I finally got annoyed. Thanked him and hung up. Called again and asked Rickey (one of the owner) to call me. He took my info and i called 3 times but rickey never got message, of course he never gave the owner my info. I went with GLASSY BUSINESS WINDOW TINT. I found them by yelp and had great ratings. Talked to Jimmy at Glassy business. Didnt tell the story but got a EXCELLENT customer service, unlike Green Valley window tint, who did horrible for a repeat customer and annoyed the heck out of me. Jimmy did an excellent job. I would recommend them any time of the day for anyone who wants fair price, great work and customer service. They will end up doing my house now. Called Rickey on 4-3-2017 and finally got hold of him. Told him story so that as an owner he can take steps to improve customer service, if he cares. He apologized and gave me his cell. But once business lost is lost. I would not recommend them, as customer service is very important for me. Thanks Glassy business for helping me out and providing an excellent service, despite being super busy and getting me in on the same day.
