I would rate this company zero stars if that was possible. My husband and I were in Vegas in cab ID 7679, our driver was Andre. We left a shopping bag in the vehicle. We called the cab company about two minutes after getting out of the cab, when we immediately realized that we did not have our bag. The company said they would immediately call dispatch, notify our cab driver and get back to us. They never did. We called the next day and they said that they didn't have any recollection of us calling and lost and found was closed until Monday. We called on Monday and the dispatch sent us to a recording at lost and found. We still have heard nothing from this company about our bag and at this point we don't expect to. I have noticed from other yelpers that this seems to be a theme among the cab drivers. I wouldn't recommend a company of thieves, with no customer service skills to anyone I know. I am just grateful that it wasn't our wallet or phone that went missing. BUYERS BEWARE!! I WILL AVOID ALL UNION CABS IN THE FUTURE!!!
Just an update to let you know that yes, as you can see, this company responded on Yelp, seeming like they care. They asked for my email so that they could get back to me.
Just letting you all know that this was just for show! I never heard from this company again, by email or phone and I never retrieved my bag!!
