  • Worse place I have ever lived in and I've lived in a ton of apartments my whole life. They have hidden fees and random charges on top of the monthly rent. They charge for water and "cam" fees when they don't even have cameras around the building. If you're a day late they charge you 50 dollars and up every day that you don't pay. It's ridiculous!! Or if you try to catch up for rent and can't they will put a lock on it without notifying you. And the person that handles the payment, her name is Carla. She's an ultimate heartless b*tch!!!! And will put you out on the street. F^ck this place. They're money hungry and will take every penny from you with all the hidden charges. Don't ever live here!!!!
