  • So, I just ordered a gas range for delivery from this place. I had called around, many places (B&B, Snow Bros, Sheely's, White Elephant) had expensive prices, and outrageous delivery charges. Action appliance has VERY reasonable prices, and super helpful/friendly people!! Plus, their delivery charge was 1/2 of the other places. I don't live in Cleveland, but own a rental place in Lakewood. They took my credit card number, and are contacting the tenants to work out a delivery. I see that they also do repairs. I'll be using them in the future for sure just from this experience. Mary (the person I spoke with) deserves a raise for the friendly & helpful customer service.
