  • If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible lady to deal with for a business. Absolutely rude and needs not to work with the public. We had an appointment today (Friday) that was scheduled on Monday (5 days ago) because that was the earliest they could come out. We called today and the rude lady said we weren't on the schedule. Then she proceeded to say they give an estimate timeframe and she had us down for next Tuesday. No way. I'll call someone else. We should've done that on Monday when her personality sucked when she returned our call. We are paying customers and won't be treated like that by someone who hates their job. Call another gate company!
