  • Just had my alignment done. I've owned lifted trucks most of my life and it's always been, "we got it as close as we could." That was until today. Brought my truck in (6" lift with 35x12..50's) and Joe immediately met me in the office. Discussed some important items reference my ride and off he went. Took about an hour which is what Joe had told me. When it was done, Joe explained my print results and the adjustments he made. He told me due to it being such a windy day, give it a couple days and if you have any problems, bring it back in. Drove a few miles home. Arrow lives up to its name and reputation. My truck is straighter than any I've owned. No vibrations, no pulling while driving or under braking. Steering is centered perfectly. Cost was under what I was used to and the quality of work and professionalism was unsurpassed. Big thanks to Joe. Would highly recommend anyone with a lifted truck that needs an alignment to go to Arrow.
