  • I've been going to Le Nails for years and after my most recent visit I will not be returning. I don't get my nails done very often because I'm extremely busy but I decided to go in on my day off last week. I walked in, and they weren't busy at all which was nice because I was seen right away. I asked the young guy up front if I could get a pedicure with regular polish and gel on my hands. He asked if I wanted a gel manicure and I told him that I didn't want one but he was persistent. I finally told him that the last time I got a gel manicure here, my cuticles were ruined for weeks and I just wanted to avoid that. He finally let up and pointed in the direction of where I should sit. I knew I probably shouldn't have came here but it was close and convenient at the time. The girl who did my toes was not very social. She just began working without much interaction with me. There wasn't much dialogue between her and I unless she was asking me if I wanted more services done such as my eyebrows (when she could tell that my eyebrows were already freshly done). She didn't really listen to my request when I asked her not to cut my toes so I left with stumpy looking toenails. Unfortunately she was also the one who painted my nails with the gel polish. I'm not sure if she was upset at the fact that I was not getting a manicure but she was extremely rude. She threw my hands around as if I was wasting her time because I was getting a cheap service. She scolded me for not knowing how long to keep my nails under the gel light (as if I get my nails done every week). When I went to pay, I told the young guy at the front that the girl seemed like she was in a bad mood and he nonchalantly said, "oh I don't know" and just proceeded to take my money rather than addressing my concerns. It seems like they didn't really want to perform the services I requested because I was not spending a ton of money. To top it all off, the gel polish started to peel off of my nails after a week of having it on. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.
