| - I arranged for an SUV and a Limobus for my wedding. Both vehicles were on time (which was a concern because of the schedule we were on). The reason they get 5 stars, however, is because of their exceptional customer service. Not only are they great to talk to on the phone, as opposed to most taxi and limo companies, but our driver Danny went above and beyond. My mom and I had taken an SUV to the chapel. A half an hour later the groom and the guest were supposed to head over in the limobus. However, another company intercepted my guests outside the hotel. They pretended to be the hired transportation. They were heading towards the chapel when Danny called me to tell me that he was outside the hotel with the limobus. I informed him that my guests were already picked up because I had spoken with the Maid of Honor. To make a long story short, Danny and Sandra at the office were very helpful in how to handle the other limo when it got there and instructed me not to give them any money because they hustled a job and stole it from VIP Limousine. Danny said he would meet me at the chapel to deal with this other company, which was a relief since I did not want to deal with this issue right before my ceremony. Since both of my rides were prepaid, VIP Limo didn't help to ensure that they got paid, but just as great customer service. Needless to say, when the fake limo got word from my Maid of Honor that they were on the wrong bus, the fake limo took off after they dropped off all of the guests, not even asking for a dime.
