  • If I could give a ZERO I would!!! First of all a very large scooter with head lights and mirrors (should not have been let into a building!!!) came in and ran over two - three people!! That slowed everything down as they had to do hazard control. That was at 9:45am and now it is 11:04 am and I am still sitting here!!! I guess this time frame is to be expected as I didn't make an appointment. My doctors office told me it was a walk in situation! ITS NOT, you CAN make an appointment! The staff here is pre occupied and not too nice!! There is one lady who is about 5'2" dark skin dark hair and SHE IS SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL. All other employees don't seem to want to be here!!! BAD SERVICE! They had better make it an easy stick as I NEVER have any problem with them finding veins and it's always painless, I'll add to this if they hurt me!! Lol
