  • Wow what a disappointment! The owners (who are furthest from british) are extremely rude and unprofessional. They were harassing my 4 year old girl yelling at her and watched us the whole time glaring and growling. We were not interested in flowers only the British products because my son was doing a project on England. We were ready to buy a substantial amount but they were insisting me to buy more saying my daughter damaged stuff. Then they yelled at her and said they caught her on camera. My 2 little kids left the store crying.....my 7 year old said "mummy they were horrible miserable people let's never go back" .....and that is exactly what we will do NEVER go back.....I'm embarrassed that they reside in my pretty little neighbourhood..hopefully not for long.....after talking to others they are known to be this .....AVOID THIS SHOP!
