rev:text	Was very disappointed with our experience at Cogburn, after my fiance and I were in a car accident, we met with several different lawyers to see who was the best fit for us. Cogburn was the last firm we went to and we had some high hopes because I had heard good things but we were sadly mistaken. When we arrived the woman at the desk told us there was no record of our appointment there and that they were closed when we had told her we spoke to someone on the phone. After we finally got that all sort of worked out, she ushered us into a conference room where we could very clearly hear the people in the room next to us and could hear that whomever the client was, they did not seem happy. We contemplated walking out at that point, but still decided to stick around and talk to them. The guy who came into the room was some business development guy, wasn't a lawyer, paralegal or even case manager. There didn't seem to be any care in the world that we had just been through an accident, but instead he just started filling out paperwork, when we asked if we would be speaking with a lawyer, he said no, they were all in court that day. There was no real discussion, he assumed we planned to just sign with them and didn't really talk us through any of the process. Without much of a conversation, he just put papers in front of us to sign, barely explained any of them and then left so we could talk it over. We laughed, we gathered our things and when he came back we told him we wanted to think it over. He seemed just angry that he had spent five minutes with us and told us okay and that we should make decisions soon. That was it. It was very disappointing to say the least.
