  • I don't even know where to start! Kevin and the guys have been taking care of me for a few years. Always stellar service but this time they completely out did themselves. My 2006 Kia Sorento broke down in Globe, Az. I know...right?! I had the mechanic look at it and they gave me a quote of double what Kevin said it should be. I honestly don't trust anyone with my little car so I purchased AAA and waited a week to have it towed. Highly inconvenient but SOOO worth it. Turns out a crankshaft bolt got loose and was stuck in the engine. (Not even close to the diagnosis I got from Cooters Garage in Globe!) They warned me it could be toast but I had faith and so did they. Happy to say they got the bolt out through some sort of mechanical magic. Not only THAT but Kevin informed me that they had just received a letter from Kia stating that there was a class action lawsuit for that very issue and in all likelihood I would get my money back eventually. These guys are the best! So honest and obviously ridiculously skilled mechanics. I'm so grateful!
