  • I purchased a new AC unit from them and they are quick to take your money but this thing has been nothing but problems it just seems like every summer something is wrong with it in 2015 the compressor went out and one of the managers Greg Ochoa said that the next time something happens to it he was going to have a GOODMAN tech along with a GOETTL tech come out to troubleshoot it. Well my AC went out 2 days ago and every time I call they say someone will call you in an hour well I called twice yesterday same result no one called. I get a call this morning basically asking again what's wrong with the AC and she said when managers show up she was going to have someone call in an hour or so. Well I called again and said they were ready they were just waiting on GOODMAN to coordinate with them so they can come out and an hour later they call my wife instead of me and say they can't be out for another 5 Days HORRIBLE customer service but I guess since it's a warranty call maybe we get put at the bottom of the list since they can't make money off that anymore once my warranty is over get this thing replaced again hopefully I can find someone that puts the customer FIRST.
