Like others have said, if only you could give zero stars for this dealership, specifically the sales department. When you think of the prototypical "shady car salesperson" look no further than good old Trevor! Guy didn't follow usual protocol when doing a trade in and quite frankly came off like he could care less. Then there is Chip, the classic manager who comes to the rescue and essentially reads from a script. Terrible customer service and like many others have said on here, RUN away don't walk away. And the best part? The multiple calls and emails from Trevor to make sure I fill out the customer service survey and that anything below a perfect score is a failure. Lastly, to end with at least one positive, the service department has always been professional and courteous. Thank you Tyler and others. If only Trevor and Co. could learn some better customer service techniques from the service department. Pretty ironic.
