  • I was skeptical and admittedly I kept waiting for a catch. Instead I had a great experience with selling a house. Josh came out quickly and, on the spot, have me a very competitive price. As advertised, I didn't have to do any repairs, worry about how long the property would be on the market, or deal with showing the house repeatedly. They were very flexible on the closing date, my move-out date and even moved up the closing a week to better fit my schedule. I didn't have to worry about selling first and then rushing to find a new place, or buying first and having to deal with bridge financing. The total experience was excellent and I would recommend Doug Hopkins Real Estate to everyone selling property. Definitely 5-stars!
