  • Staff is friendly, but outrageously expensive for what I got. Stylist acknowledged and acted like she was listening to what I asked for, and I even provided pictures of style/cut and color, and the end result wasn't close. I had to go back for it to be fixed the next day because I asked for it to be a little shorter and back and it was all squared off and the same length all around. The color was much darker than I asked for. I thought with the picture it would be easy for her to figure this out. When I went back, all she did was texturize it a bunch, and now it is completely uneven all over. I also asked for it to be easy to style, and what used to take me 10 minutes now takes me at least 30. She charged $175 for this, and the place I generally go to would have charged me about 90, and it would've been right. I thought I would try it because it was close to home. Like I said she was nice, but I won't go back.
