I normally don't do Buffets but my 13 year old niece wanted to go so I took her since I was in town to visit her last Saturday evening . She had a question about a steak on how it was cooked, so she went to ask a cook named Marcus(my niece read his name tag) about a steak,he basically ignored her and a few other customers with questions.So she went to ask Kevin and he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional and sincerely apologize for his co workers unprofessionalismn. Aside from that Kevin made it a least bit enjoyable. I will file a complaint on Marcus however. Myself dealing with customer service for over a dedcade,this is unacceptable in my eyes. Thank you.
