  • I love Shoppers Drug Mart and that they now serve more groceries in addition to other household and personal products. However, this location, in particular, is the worst I've been to due to the incredibly long line-ups 24/7. This is located at one of the busiest intersections in the city and they seem to rarely have all of their cash registers available; thus, I am often forced to line up for a very long time. I don't think I've ever seen this place without a long line-up and that is unfortunate because it deters people from making purchases. Also, there is a manager there who is quite rude (female, possibly in her late 40s or 50s). An item was priced incorrectly and the cashier assisted me in speaking with the manager about the issue and the manager, although she let me purchase the product at the cheaper price, she literally put her hand on my back and pushed me towards the cash area as if she was brushing me off. Albeit, it wasn't a hard push, but you don't push your customers away like that. Anyhow, poor ratings for this Shoppers location. Unfortunately, I will return to this location because it's the closest to my home, but I really wish they would make some changes to their service.
