  • Affordable, punctual, convenient, careful, friendly, honest, great conversation!! Richard is the best. I have two tiny Poms who are very fragile, and I've had several terrible experiences with groomers in the past where my pups have been injured because they didn't realize the level of care that needs to be taken with 5 pound puppies. NEVER with Mr. Ellmers! He was SO sweet, so gentle, loving--talking to them the whole time/calming them down. One of my babies, Kodiak, has a really bad back. He was totally fine after his grooms with Richard. My other dog, Cheddar, has been losing all of her hair (never figuring out why after years of testing)...in an effort to not make her lose any more, he puts the water and dryer on low so she keeps as much as she still has left! She even looks fuzzy again after her time with him! AND he suggested since I've tried everything else with Cheddar's hair loss, why not try an enzyme supplement to see if that would help. In a nutshell: great advice, great care of my fuzz babies, and he makes them beautiful again. Thank you! My whole fam can't wait to see you again. ;)
