  • Was in dire need of a reboot for our Samsung tablet that my girls locked out and disabled. ATT said we'd have to send it in to be rebooted since it was a Samsung (so we didn't bother looking up any DIY repairs)... took it to these guys and instead of charging us for doing a simple 4 step process, they simply gave us directions to do ourselves!! I appreciate the honesty and expertise... will come back again for any tech repairs we need!!
