  • I have six cats and i've been a client of theirs for about a year and regularily purchase a special brand of cat food for one of my cats special diets. Pros: The staff is super nice and is helpful in answering questions and accomodating people and pets. The place is always clean and inviting and they show great care for you and your pets. Cons: The prices are really expensive and they try and get you to do unnecesary care for your animal. My cat had to have a cancerous tumor removed and although i was expecting it to cost a lot of money, i was not expecting to spend $800+(although i'm pretty sure we ended up spending $1100 for her care). They also insisted on having my pets teeth cleaned using the EXACT SAME PITCH on 3 different cats on 3 different occasions and despite their best efforts to force us to get their teeth cleaned we declined. All in all-i love the staffs hospitality, but hate the outragious prices and pushiness. I'll probably continue buying the special food, but i don't know if i'll bring my pets back.
