| - I ordered a complete set for the kitchen GE Profile. Stove and dishwasher came with no problem. Yesterday April 17 2018 4 pm, after a call informing me that the Fridge and over the range microwave would be here at 3 pm . Two guys get here. One is outside doing something. The other guy is in my kitchen putting a 2 wheel dolly under my old fridge and moving it towards the stairs. I told him STOP, you can't take a fridge that big down 6 stairs on a 2 wheel dolly. He said yes I can and started shooting his mouth off to me. He bangs the fridge down the 6 stairs and rips up the nosing that surrounds the staircase. Then he starts yelling at me to not tell him how to do his f**king job, over and over and over f**k f**k F**k over and over he knew he ripped up the staircase and then he blows up on me. I started yelling back "don't yell at me in my house" he kept swearing at me louder and I kept yelling at him louder to top him. They get the fridge down the last 6 stairs and then I hear f**k him, let him take it out himself and then f**K over and over out on my street so my neighbours could hear. The whole time he kept cursing saying report me I dont fkn care anymore on, and on and on..... report me my name is on my coat. Then they leave with the new fridge in the truck. This is good business? I told them I want him fired and my house staircase repaired. No word on his job status and no word on my staircase. I think I am going to call my lawyer back and have a letter sent. I am a disabled person with this big guy in my house that is trying to intimidate me, and acting like a freak on drugs. Never will give this company a red cent ever again,. Used them already in 4 different houses. Going to call the media etc. I will not stand for this. Maybe the guy has a chip on his shoulder. Maybe he is possibly a racist. I am white and he is black. Yes black people can be just as racist as anyone else. , and to let people know I did not mention one word about race, since people are playing these cards all the time now. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Head office will do nothing, well I will see if my lawyer can. No one comes into my house and acts in a threatening manner, and leaves here like the way he did. Two other men delivered the fridge later without any incident and were polite. What transpired earlier is totally unacceptable. Upon inspection the fridge has 3 long dents down the side. It was not the new delivery guys, this obviously happened in the factory. This situation has left me mentally distraught.
