rev:text	Absolutely horrible place! I've been going to this office for several years and have always enjoyed my hygienist and dentist. Then they brought in a new dentist that convinced me I needed very expensive veneers due to the calcification on my teeth. Dr. Bala made this experience an absolute nightmare and the worst experience of my life. For several thousands of dollars, veneers should make your smile better, not worse! He said he picked out the whitest color for me. They put in YELLOW veneers! After obviously being upset and complaining, he agreed to redo them, but not before trying to convince me that they looked better than what I used to have and that the ones he gave me were the whitest they could go. When they took them off he decided that the lab must have messed up because that's not what he ordered. Again, I had to go through the pain of wearing temporary teeth while waiting for new ones to get in. The new veneers, although better than the original ones, were still yellow compared to my bottom, natural teeth. There are posters in their patient rooms advertising veneers that are beautiful and white. I told them that's what I want and I was told that I couldn't have that. I will never ever go back to this office. I asked their corporate office for my money back and got no response. I feel like I was manipulated into getting pricey veneers and they could care less that I'm unhappy with the outcome. Don't trust this dentist or this office! And to make matters even WORSE, after I paid my agreed upon price in Oct, they sent me a bill for almost $2k more 7 months later!!!
